As a result of this (Arriba!),
today consisted of a lot of this
and meals like this.

A measly 4 hours of sleep doesn’t exactly do the body good when being followed up by 8 hours of hoofing it around a sales floor. It also doesn’t allow ample time for preparing a meal to bring to work. Hence, the frozen dinner. Do I regret it? Not for a second. You see, sometimes, “healthy living” means abandoning your routine in favor of wine, dancing, and laughter with your girlfriends until the wee hours of the morning.
We have redefined our versions of healthy many times throughout our lives. Regardless of what your version of healthy living is, it’s important to remember that healthy living isn’t synonymous with perfection. It is, however, a culmination of living your life to the fullest and striving to be the best version of yourself. When I’m around these ladies, I don’t want to be anyone but myself.
If that isn’t healthy living, then I don’t know what is.
Stay lovely,
Heather
Question of the Day: What is your definition of healthy living?

I totally agree with you girl. Healthy living mean striving to live a healthy live by eating wholesome food, indulge, be happy, and be fit. Life is too short to stick to a strict healthy diet all the time. We all need to indulge every once in a while with good friends.
Amen, sister! We’re always on the same page.
Love you so mahch
Hahahaha. Melissa, you’re my angel.
