Hello from Connecticut! I drove down to The Nutmeg State last night to visit my best blend, Cait. We hit the hay quite early, in anticipation for a full day of local Connecticut fun!
In the morning, I stayed in bed and took my time getting ready while Cait hit up the gym for a spin sesh. My bod pod was pleasantly sore from teaching back-to-back classes at Mind Body Barre yesterday, so I hung out with Cait’s mom and enjoyed my beloved breakfast. I know, I know. I’m obsessed. It’s fine.
I brought along the Blue Diamond Almond-Coconut Milk for Cait’s mom to try, and she’s so excited to pour some into her coffee!
After Cait returned from her spin class, we hopped in her car and ventured to Daybreak Coffee Roasters for some fresh, french-pressed coffee. What could possibly be better? I chose their Southern Pecan blend. Mmmm.
We’re enjoying our coffee and taking care of some work on our laptops before hitting up the Coventry Farmer’s Market. It’s a beautiful and brisk 75 degrees today. The golden sun is shining and our spirits are high. We’re so pumped for the day! I hope you’re enjoying your weekend. See you tomorrow with a full recap of the day!
Stay lovely,
Heather
