I’m a firm believer in setting aside some time for myself the second I wake up. It puts me in a positive state of mind and gets my good going for the day. For some people, that might be a five-minute prayer or meditation, visualizing their good intentions for the day. For others, it might entail taking their beautiful pup for a walk as the sun rises.
Or maybe it’s swinging on inner city sculptures with your best friend. You know, normal stuff. ![]()

Every morning, I get my good going with a kick-butt workout and some solid workout tunes. Today’s Pandora station of choice was Justin Bieber. No shame, my friends. But the good doesn’t stop there! I typically replenish my hard-worked muscles with a delicious bowl of chocolate protein pudding oats. What really takes my oats to the next level, though, is the addition of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk. It helps to make my AM meal the best breakfast on the planet. Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla is my absolute favorite. I use it in my oatmeal, baked goods, and even sometimes straight out of the carton! (shh! ;D) I can’t tolerate dairy AT ALL, so before I found this, I thought I was never going to be able to drink milk again

This is awesome! Haha I love your pictures with that sweet statue! But ok I am so insanely obsessed with Blue diamonds almond coconut milk right now I have it every single breakfast! I personally prefer the unsweetened vanilla one. I make protein shakes with it and I make your famous chocolate protein pudding oats ( I have yet to add peanut butter but it sounds delish!) and my personally favorite use right now is using it in my fruit smoothies.. YUUUM. Of course there is always the standard cereal breakfast in which I only use the almond coconut milk as well
I do have the hardest time finding it around me though! I can only find it at whole foods and price chopper and neither are very close to me so I usually have to stock up!

At least 5X a week I have a smoothie for breakfast. The ingredients vary from different kinds of frozen fruit, to protein powders, greek yogurt or peanut butter.
