Dear readers (and fellow bloggers!),
Happy Thanksgiving, my beautiful people! I’m sending you lots of love and wishing you the most blessed day.
Gratitude is the attitude and I am SO grateful for all of YOU! Thank you for embracing me into your life. Every day, you motivate and inspire me to continue to live out my dream and push myself further. I can’t thank you enough for that – it is a gift that is unparalleled to anything I could possibly ask for. Never forget that you are a blessing in this life. You have the power within you to release any fear and anxiety living in your heart, allow your light of love to shine through, and spread that to everyone who crosses your path.
For my friends still struggling with their ED demons this season, I am with you in spirit. I dedicated my meditation practice to you today because I know how difficult the holidays can be for you. Try to remember that food is only a vehicle through which you’re coming together today. The essence of today thrives on LOVE! Shift your focus to practicing love and gratitude for yourself and then spread that love and gratitude to everyone you meet. Instead of searching outward for love, affection through food, starting bringing love, affection, and passion to every situation that is presented to you. I can promise you an amazing internal shift will occur and the food will become just what it is: a backdrop to a day of giving thanks for the blessings that surround us.
Enjoy your day. Have lots of laughs and Tweet / Instagram your #plantPOWER #TurkeyDay plates! Kasey and I can’t wait to see them. I’m with you in spirit! xo
Stay lovely,
Heather

Happy Thanksgiving!!
i couldn’t agree more. It’s about what you bring internally, not externally (aka food), that makes thanksgiving special. Bring warmth, love, kindness, and a smile.
hugs!
