Le sigh. Where to begin?
There are only so many ways to say “thank you” but it never gets old hearing it, does it? So, THANK YOU! As we tie the knot on our second #plantPOWER challenge, I have nothing but gratitude and love to express. Thank you for participating, thank you for creating, and thank you for LIVING and EMBODYING the #plantPOWER message. This challenge is so much more than plant-based foods. What we put into our bodies is so important because it allows us to show up for our lives in our best state. But also important is why we’re doing it. It’s so important to listen to your intuition with everything, and we’re going to be building upon that with the NEXT #plantPOWER challenge!
Kasey and I also have another one-week challenge up our sleeves that we’re going to roll out before the next #plantPOWER challenge. It’s a biggie! Keep an eye out for that in the next couple of months.

Want to take virtual barre fitness classes with me? Good news: YOU CAN! Every Monday at 7:00 p.m. EST, I will be teaching a virtual barre fitness class through Mind Body Barre, the studio where I am a barre fitness instructor. Teaching barre is one of my true passions. I love helping people to push themselves out of their comfort zone and connect with their bodies. Barre is truly an amazing workout for this.
You’re probably wondering what a barre fitness class is like. Well, in a word, it’s awesome. Every Monday, I’ll be giving you an incredible total-body workout. Throughout the class, we’ll work everything: arms, abs, thighs, booty, calves – you name it and we’ll work it! In between segments, we’ll stretch our muscles to relieve and lengthen them. We’ll close with a deep stretch and meditation! This is what makes Mind Body Barre so unique … it truly is all about establishing a mind-body connection – we just-so-happen to kick your @$$ while doing it.
