Workouts

Exercise has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I work out anywhere from four to six days a week and love creating new workouts to challenge my body and keep my muscles guessing. Below you will find all of the workouts that I have done and all of the workout playlists that I use to keep me motivated!
